Hector Martinez and his assistant Russ are very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of just applying a quick temporary fix. ONYX Electric upgraded the outlets and checked the exterior circuit for safety. The electrician worked neatly and explained why the covers matter in Florida weather. I contacted ONYX Electric and the communication was really good. The staff member who handled the booking was polite and made sure the details were passed on correctly. The electrician placed the connections in proper junction boxes and showed us photos because we were not going into the attic ourselves.
